Let’s call this what it is: a space for mental gymnastics, overthinking, and the occasional dignified rant. I’ve never found writing particularly easy—or enjoyable, to be honest. Why? Because something shifted. Maybe it was retirement, grief, Thailand, or just finally running out of excuses. Whatever the cause, I’ve decided to embrace the mess, the meaning, and the mildly uncomfortable act of sharing thoughts online.

This isn’t a blog with answers or life hacks. It’s more of a trail of breadcrumbs through my brain. Sometimes there’s clarity. Sometimes there’s chaos. Occasionally, there’s insight—or at least a decent metaphor.
