Any meditation practice concerned with transcending ego is focused in the present moment. Because of this reason, it becomes a very effective way to live. If you are completely aware of your present state of being and the situation around you, you cannot miss a thing. Life is a practice!

Love is a vague term and one of life’s greatest mysteries. Trying to define love’s meaning is said to be far beyond our comprehension. Some even say that love isn’t able to be taught.
